Just one of those Sundays
Today is one of those beautiful Sundays. Full of sunshine, walks, talks, tea, music, sweet company and probably too much chocolate.

My one and only thrill (2009)
I am subscribing to the releases of Bad Panda Records on Soundcloud so whenever they upload something new, my phone blinks and I have a fresh tune to listen to. Two days ago I woke up to this darling. Perfect for the mood I was in then, and perfect for right now.

Neon Indian – Polish Girl
Era Extraña (2011)
Do I still cross your mind?
Your face still distorts the time.
Cyber neon pop electro indie synth robots keytars 80’s lasers… Never said but nearly sung about a million ways. But you fail to remember.
Miguel Campbell – Something Special
Baby I got it, Vinyl (2011)
Here’s a new tune by Miguel Campbell released just two weeks ago, it combines a deep house beat with a cheesy vocal line and a funky 80’s base that I adore. It’s not just background music, it’s something special, sexy, wonderful.
Adolf Dymsza & Eugeniusz Bodo – Ach śpij kochanie
Paweł i Gaweł (1938)
Adolf Dymsza and Eugeniusz Bodo singing the lullaby “Ach śpij kochanie” (Oh sleep, my love) in the Polish musical comedy Paweł i Gaweł from 1938, based on the writings by Aleksander Fredro. This is high quality nostalgia. Sing the song to any polish person and they will know that it is time to go to sleep.
Because the moon is already yawning and it will fall asleep soon.. Dobranoc.
Some photos from the Yelle concert we went to four days ago. It was part of the Safari Disco Tour they are doing now to promote their 2011 album, Safari Disco Club. We danced, Yelle was hopping and being super-energetic on stage and apparently.. people are very bad at doing hearts with their hands. haha
Yelle – Comme un Enfant
Safari Disco Club (2011)
I wasn’t allowed to bring my SLR so all above is taken with my Canon IXUS 980is. Click here to watch the quite funny video for Safari Disco Club. Dance!

A Winged Victory For The Sullen (2011)
Next week you need to take me out to dance.
Télépopmusik – Love can damage your health
Genetic World (2001)
I’ve had the nicest of evenings with the girl I now live with. We’ve shared chocolate, wine, lifestories, music and the addiction we both have to travels. Now I need some samba, some love in the air, some happy people and some dancing. I want Havana, I want Maputo, I want Mexico City and just a little bit more of Rio de Janeiro. Miss Sabine just gave me the travel bug again and I’m ready to jump on a flight and go, at least for ten days.
